        How does it attach to the ceiling?

        The Spar Rope comes with an eye hook screw that you screw directly into the ceiling (we recommend finding a stud to make it secure.)

        How to secure the base?

        You can attach the bottom rope to a floor anchor, anchor base, or heavy dumbbell / kettle bell.
