Moves very unpredictably. I use a regular double in bag pretty good. I can get a good rhythm. But this one’s gonna take some practice, especially with the arm It really gives that jerky feeling like you’re training with somebody who’s really trying to hit you
I'm not anybody's definition of a fighter. I'm actually a borderline pacifist lol That said, I enjoy getting into fights with this godforsaken thing! I'll be honest, it's hit me back a few times now, especially at night. But this thing eats cortisol and keeps my middle aged reflexes sharp. I'm having a blast and learning boxing fundamentals while I'm at it. Highly recommend for fighters or older guys wanting to blow off some steam.

I’ve only had it for a week but I can already say that if you’re on the fence about making a purchase, do it. It’s incredibly versatile as a slip bag, reflex double ended bag, and their patented spinning stick. Depending on how tight the top and bottom ropes are and hard you hit it will impact the speed of the bag and stick. This allows you to work on your reaction speed which I love. I did take a line drive header from the stick to the forehead that drew a little blood but it didn’t hurt and it makes me want to go back to it and get better. It’s also forced me to work on my defense when I’m on the heavy bag - perhaps muscle memory. I’m also excited that it will be useful as a training tool that I can take on vacation. You’ll also work up quite a sweat!
My only concern now is trying to figure out how to use it on vacation without a wall screw - say I want to hang it on a tree/other.
