WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please see current order processing times at the top of this page for estimated ship by date. To ensure you get your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that you may receive more than one shipping confirmation email if items in your order are shipping separately.

If tracking is not showing any movement for more than 5 business days please contact us.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Carrier delays can happen, and sometimes we've noticed a carrier may mark a package as "Delivered" when it is still with the driver and scheduled to be delivered soon.

If you are unable to locate your package, please wait 3 business days to give it a chance to be delivered. If after 3 business days you still have not received your package please contact us.

Please note that Spartons is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. However, we can help to open an investigation into your missing package by filing a claim with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), this means that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs charges, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
